Cancellation Policy

SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS 1. Book & Pay 2. Wait for call or email from one of our team members advising you of what documents to send for review 3. Attend your booking by either Zoom or in person at the appointed time 4. Submit the original documents and DMV payment to one of our team members ***Do not attend your session UNLESS you have submitted your documents for proofing and received payment information for DMV fees***-NO EXCEPTIONS CANCELATIONS/REFUNDS In the event you need to cancel your service, you may do so within 24 hours of your scheduled booking time (whether your appointment is online or in person). No refunds will be issued in the event you miss your appointment or cancel outside of policy window. However if you need to reschedule, the $65.00 service fee that you paid will be applied to your next booking (WITHIN 7 DAYS) of your cancelation date, if you don't rebook within 7 days, you forfeit the $65.00 service fee. Any appointment scheduled during a morning slot (9am-11:30am, are normally completed the SAME DAY), any appointment scheduled during an afternoon slot (2:00-3:30pm) are normally completed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY IN THE MORNING). Please be advised that if you have any stops on your records such as unpaid tolls, unpaid personal property taxes, emission inspection stops, SR22 stops, DMV administrative stops or any unpaid returned check fees, that your transaction time will be seriously delayed and or rejected... The only refund that will be given to you in the event of a stop being on your record are the VA DMV related fees that you were prepared to pay and submit.
