Due to the nature of title and registration processing with the DMV, no title and registrations can be canceled once completed. In the event a mistake occurs with a transaction, Wisdom & Authority Title Solutions will correct the error in question... if this can't be done, a refund will be provided. FYI.. ALL clients will have their documents reviewed by Wisdom & Authority Title Solutions agents as well as a clear understanding of service needs, before any service starts. ***VERY IMPORTANT, in the event the DMV cant process your transaction due to a stop being on your record, a title issue in their system, etc. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED of the DMV fees that you submitted ONLY and your documents will be returned to you! Also in the event you wish for us to resubmit your transaction to the DMV for reprocessing (after you've satisfied a DMV requirement), we will charge you a $35.00 resubmission fee which is to be paid before we resubmit your transaction.
