This service order form is for the following:

1. Getting a vehicle titled and or registered in your name for the first time (you bought from a dealer or private party)

2. Moving to another state and needing to get titled and registered

3. Those that DO NOT HAVE STOPS ON A VEHICLE RECORD WITH THE VA DMV

   
   

   **If you have a title that was signed over or given to you and there are multiple names assigned on the title or a vehicle that is salvage-branded or imported.. DO NOT USE THIS FORM. If you bought a vehicle without a title or registration DO NOT USE THIS FORM

   
   

Acknowledgement

I acknowledge and understand the service disclosure and consent to the above information that I submitted. I also acknowledge that Wisdom & Authority Title Solutions will advise me of the review of my documents, applicable DMV fees and the timeframe to have my service completed. I also understand that if I have any vehicle related stops (unpaid parking tickets, unpaid tolls, unpaid personal property taxes, uninsured related matters, emission/inspection issues, and or DMV administrative stops on my record that my transaction could be placed on hold, rejected and or seriously delayed, which will impact my transaction. I am aware that the agents of Wisdom & Authority Title Solutions will do their best to advise me of any possible stops that could be on my record, however I am aware that even so; vehicle related stops can appear at any time. In the event my transaction is to be resubmitted to the DMV, I understand that a $35.00 resubmission fee will apply. ***NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS. If you submitted DMV fees, you will be refunded of DMV fees only!
