SERVICE DISCLOSURE
Please be advised that when you order your service, processing starts right away. A CANCELATION of your service is to be done within 24 hours from you placing the order ONLY! Changing of the mind, giving the vehicle/trailer to someone doesn't constitute a cancelation. Also you take on the full responsibility of being aware that your vehicle could be stolen, salvaged or has a lien on it. NOTE: In the event it is determined that your vehicle/trailer is stolen at any time of processing your title; you will be notified and your transaction will cease and any paperwork that was submitted could become the property of the DMV and or law enforcement. In the event your vehicle/trailer has a lien on it, you will be notified and you will receive any applicable documents back (if you submitted originals). In the event your vehicle has a salvage certificate record or vehicle brand (repaired, rebuilt, et), please be advised that an additional fee of $200.00 will apply, as we will need to do additional research and processing aside from your situation of not having a title or proper title. The estimated timeframe to process your transaction could take 2-2.5 months (excludes holidays, and DMV closures).. in the event there are any issues on the vehicle's record, additional processing time could occur and you will be advised of it. In the event Wisdom & Authority Title Solutions can't produce a title to you due to no stolen, lien, salvage or fraudulent related issues, you will be provided a refund MINUS an administrative fee of $150.00
